5 Minute Muesli

This 5 minute muesli saves the day on busy mornings!

This muesli is ready in 5 minutes and only requires 7 ingredients! You simply need to combine all the ingredients in a bowl or even quicker, add them to a jar and give it a shake!

You can enjoy this muesli on top of yogurt, smoothie bowls, acai bowls, and anything else your heart desires. You can also soak this muesli overnight in milk or yogurt and it makes a quick overnight oats breakfast.

You can really add whatever you like to this muesli! Don’t like pecans? Swap them for almonds. Don’t like dried blueberries? Add dried cranberries. The world is your oyster with this muesli!

You will need:

rolled oats

coconut chips

pecans (or nuts of choice)

dried blueberries

goji berries

pumpkin seeds

chia seeds

5 Minute Muesli

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (other nuts work too)
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix to combine.
  2. Store in an air-tight glass jar for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
