Cookie dough fudge. I love hearing those three words together! Who can seriously stop themselves from eating all of the raw cookie dough when making cookies? Nobody!
This cookie dough fudge is eggless – we don’t want salmonella friends – and so incredibly easy to make! A little mixing and then all you have to do is pop it in the freezer for 2 hours and voilá! *POOF * It’s like magic! Healthy cookie dough fudge is at your fingertips!
You seriously need to make this! I’ve been making this for a while and I just had to share it. This cookie dough fudge pairs great with a glass of almond milk or cup of tea.
SERIOUSLY DOUGH, LET’S GET MIXING (see what I did there)!
Healthy Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge (12 servings)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate chips
In a bowl, mash the banana and then add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
Add the almond meal and mix until the flour is no longer visible. Add the chocolate chips.
Line a tupperware or glass dish with parchment paper (or wax paper) and press in the cookie dough fudge. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
