Pumpkin Brownie Cookie Skillet

Pumpkin season is in full swing and this pumpkin brownie cookie skillet is coming in hot! I’ve been making it all week and it’s quickly becoming a new favorite dessert for me.

This pumpkin brownie cookie skillet is a quick dessert to make and only calls for 5 ingredients, plus chocolate chips because those are always a must. This skillet is ooey gooey and has a fudgy brownie texture. Plus, it’s ready in only 15 minutes! So when you want to satisfy your sweet tooth quickly with a seasonal dessert, this is it!

Want to know why I love this brownie skillet so much? First off, chocolate. There is almost nothing that chocolate can’t fix and I believe that chocolate is definitely part of a healthy lifestyle. Secondly, you don’t have to roll out dozens of cookies individually. This is just one mega brownie skillet that takes minutes to make! You can make it to share with a special someone or simply devour it on your own.

This recipe makes a small 6.5 inch brownie skillet. Don’t have a small skillet, double the recipe!
