It’s pumpkin spice season!
Whether your excited about all things pumpkin or not, escaping the pumpkin spice craze is impossible. I enjoy pumpkin in sweet and savoury dishes and it is definitely something I look forward to in the fall.
Today pumpkin spice is going to the next level with this pumpkin spice chocolate chia pudding. It’s super chocolatey and has the right amount of pumpkin. It’s like a happy fall day in your mouth!
Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chia Pudding (serves 1)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- In a jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, cacao powder, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and sweetener of choice. Seal the jar and shake well to combine.
- Refrigerate overnight or 5-6 hours. Enjoy!
